All I'm getting is blank white page when I try to look at a PDF document what's wrong?
This is probably because your internet cache is full and your browser isn't letting you cache the entire PDF file. To solve this problem, (in Internet Explorer) (1) Click TOOLS -> INTERNET OPTIONS. A dialog will appear. (2) Click DELETE FILES on the GENERAL TAB about midway down. (3) A dialog will appear, click OK, and Internet Explorer will start to delete your internet temporary files. This can take some time to complete depending on how long it has been since you last cleared them and how many files there are cached there.
